The bodies of an exchange student and a former student from Antioch College have been discovered in Costa Rica. Both had been shot. Emily Howell, 19, had been working on a photography project there and Emily Eagan was visiting her. Administrators of the small midwestern university, which sends all its students to work around the United States and overseas for at least one semester, said they plan no major changes in the programme as a result of the "random, isolated tragedy".
