The London Film School (LFS), a private institution in Fulham, London, was founded in 2001 by Anna MacDonald and Daisy Gili. 

LFS provides practical, hands-on training across filmmaking disciplines, emphasising industry engagement and immersive learning. 

The school offers undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses, including a two-year BA in Filmmaking and intensive short courses. 

LFS operates from a converted Methodist church with studios, editing suites and screening rooms. 

Partnerships with the British Film Institute, Arri, University of Derby and Anglia Ruskin University provide students access to industry-standard equipment and professional networks. 

Tutors include practising cinematographers, directors and screenwriters. LFS supports diversity in the film industry, offering scholarships and initiatives for emerging filmmakers.
