The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA is a private university in the Philippines, founded on 5 February 1975 as the Perpetual Help College of Rizal by Dr BGen Antonio Laperal Tamayo and Dr Daisy Moran Tamayo. 

It became a university in 1997 and has three campuses: Las Pi?as, Molino, and Calamba. The Las Pi?as Campus, the main campus, hosts approximately 14,000 students and offers more than 70 undergraduate and 10 postgraduate programmes.

Academic programmes span nursing, allied health, education, business, engineering, information technology, and other disciplines. The institution accepts international students and promotes holistic education, combining academics, research, community service, sports, and leadership.

Facilities across campuses include state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories, libraries and learning centres, health and sports facilities, guidance and counselling services, and dormitories. 

The Las Pi?as Campus employs over 1,300 teaching and non-teaching staff.
