You just cannot keep vice chancellors out of the news. Following on from the excitement over the CVCP levy threat comes the furore over the report on arms sales to Iraq whose author Sir Richard Scott, is no longer a Lord Justice, but head of the High Court's Chancery Divsion - otherwise known as the Vice-Chancellor.
