Yeovil College is investing Pounds 3 million in new facilities for further education. The chairman of the Further Education Funding Council, Lord Davies of Oldham, is to visit Yeovil College later this month. Lord Davies said: "The college received a positive inspection report from us in June last year, highlighting its good teaching and strong links with the local community and business. I am warmly anticipating visiting the college, to see first hand how they have built on the report's recommendations and are continuing to provide a high standard of further education."
